ABOUT THE ROLE
The HR Intern is a critical member of the EMEA HR Solutions Center team. The EMEA HR Solutions Center team is a versatile first (tier model) point of contact for all HR related inquiries, assisting employees with general HR questions and managers with employees’ lifecycle administration. Provides scalable administration of regional HR programs and specialized solutions such as: HR Process & Project Management, HR Policy & Compliance.
HR intern at Arrow is typically involved in:
- Responding to questions on administrative HR procedures and practices via multiple channels within our EMEA HR Solutions Center (e.g. e-mail, chat, phone, and case management system)
- Answering HR policy-related questions, such as the employee performance review, goal setting, merit & talent review, and other, providing guidance to both managers and employees, and escalating as appropriate
- Educating employees of services available to them and ensuring accountability towards self-service tools such as Workday and other systems
- Executing dedicated HR projects and initiatives to deliver best-in-class employee services
A FEW THINGS YOU ARE AN EXPERT AT
- At least good English skills (B2 / C1 level); knowledge of another European language will be a plus
- Very good command of MS-Office
- You are innovative, process oriented, open minded and willing to learn
- You are customer service oriented, willing to provide our employees with the best-in-class employee services
- Student status at Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in human resources, management, business administration or equivalent
