Summary of function and tasks:

 

A Back Office assistant is part of the operational team of consultants, recruiters, and assistants with the objective to take care of an optimal process from candidate registration to placement. Spearhead in this process are our employees and clients.

 

Tasks:

  • Take care of reception.
  • Keep files up to date.
  • To improve back-office processes, where applicable.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the correct administration

 

Education and work experience:

  • Relevant working experience in an administrative function or ready to learn
  • Knowledge of Word & Excel
  • Managing the English language
