The aim of the special session on Computational Intelligence is to bring together researchers interested in various problem solving techniques to share their experience, present current research results and discuss advanced techniques. Topics of submitted papers should focus on methods and applications, where the tools and techniques exploiting computational intelligence are used to enhance, support or replace traditional approaches to computing in intelligent information and database systems.
The session will gather experts in adjacent and seemingly related fields of
The session aims at addressing such issues from algorithmical, practical and theoretical perspectives.
The submitted papers should present results of the original and unpublished research. The papers will be reviewed by the ACIIDS 2014 International Program Committee. The best submissions will be selected for presentation and will be included in the conference proceedings. The conference proceedings are planned to be published and distributed by Springer-Verlag in series LNCS/LNAI. Submitted papers should be prepared in LNCS/LNAI style and should be limited to 10 pages. All papers must be submitted electronically via conference submission system.
A selected number of accepted and personally presented papers will be expanded and revised for possible inclusion in special issues in the several prestigious international journals.
