Interim Training Administrator

General Job Description

As a Training Administrator, you will be part of the training team, which supports both onshore and offshore employees with training related tasks and queries, which can varies depending on requester. You will as a also be responsible for handling inquires through the GBS portal related to the onshore employees training requirements, close collaboration with our 3rd party training provider, E-learning administration in our LMS. Training Administrator’s job is also planning and managing our Leadership programs, Starters Day (introduction program) and Drilling 101 across the company. Training Administrator supports internal development of E-learning by close collaboration with module owners, Procurement, IT and suppliers. This job can be an excellent chance for the right candidate to be exposed to exciting challenges and outstanding development opportunities within Maersk Drilling. You will gain knowledge, operational skills as well as industry best practices.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Verifying if all necessary data was provided in order to issue 'legal documents';
  • Ordering relocation Service in third-party companies (Deloitte/Crown);
  • Helping with visa, work permit;
  • Support other relevant administrative requests, including ad hoc tasks
  • Basic administration tasks related to offshore crew’s travel and training
  • Conducting transactions in our HR system (Talent Soft)
  • Working with data bases

Knowledge and Experience

  • Fluency in English written and verbal (min. B2)
  • Good communication skills to be in close dialogue with the employees
  • Experience with MS Office, especially Excel
  • High degree of attention to detail
  • Ability to learn fast
  • Self-discipline and task-orientation
  • International office work experience is an advantage
