deadline for submitting applications in the IRK Online Admissions System and uploading required documents (e.g., scanned photo, certificates, diplomas, maritime health certificate);
15 September 2025
deadline for the admissions fee to be credited to the University's account;
16 September 2025
preliminary qualification status published on candidates' accounts in the IRK Online Admissions System – statuses: qualified, reserve list, not qualified;
19 September – 20 September 2025
submission of documents by qualified candidates to the Faculty Admissions Committees. For degree programmes taught in English, documents must be submitted to room C-152 (ul. Morska);
23 September 2025
announcement of the list of accepted candidates after the Second Supplementary Admission Round. Status updates: accepted, candidate withdrew, not accepted, programme not launched.
