Gdynia Maritime University is once again joining in the international initiative known as the WWF Earth Hour. As a symbolic gesture for the care of our planet, on 22 March 2025 at 20:30 sharp, the University will turn off the lights illuminating the elevation of its main building and the Faculty of Navigation, as well as name of the University on top of both buildings. 

Let this symbolic blackout of all important buildings and structures around the world urge us to care of our planet.
