We invite you to take part in our sailing and motorboat training courses. Our offer is open to anyone interested in maritime education, and discounts are available for GMU students and staff.

Why train with us?

Our courses are distinguished by the large number of theoretical and practical classes conducted by our experienced instructors. With our well-equipped teaching facilities, we conduct all our classes exclusively at the Centre. We prioritise the quality of training and direct contact between students, instructors, and lecturers.

For sailing training, we use the iconic s/y Almak, on board which thousands of people have obtained their certificates over the past several decades. Its unique design and traditional equipment provide perfect support for the sailing education process, guaranteeing our students a comprehensive knowledge base and set of skills.

Motorboat courses are conducted on two types of modern motor yachts: a RIB pontoon and a rigid hull yacht, IMOROS3. This gives participants the opportunity to learn to operate both outboard and inboard vessels.

We offer a comprehensive sailing development programme, guiding you from your first steps to independent sailing. With us, you will obtain the necessary qualifications and practical experience to confidently take the helm of any vessel. You can start with our introductory courses before gaining the hours and skills needed to obtain higher licences during training expeditions. More advanced sailors can take advantage of our specialist training and captain's cruises, where they can refine their technique under the guidance of experienced instructors.
