Become an expert of tomorrow and help push the limits of logistics
The Unifeeder Graduate Program is designed to prepare you for an international career.
During the 2-year program, you will have four rotations in three different countries, including two rotations at our Headquarter in Aarhus.
You will become acquainted with several aspects of our business:
- How to plan and make decisions in a dynamic and high paced environment, finding solutions for carrying our customers’ cargo the most optimal way
- How to execute in our operating network of vessels carrying goods and services across the globe
- How to work across teams and locations from Headquarter to regional functions
- How to optimize day-to-day execution of our vessels, in close cooperation with our vendors and HQ in the most cost-efficient way
- How to carry out professional customer interaction.

Furthermore, we expect that you
- Have recently graduated (or will graduate in the Summer of 2022) with a master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business or similar – or with a bachelor’s degree in International Shipping and Trade.
- Are ambitious, proactive and enjoy bringing new ideas to the table.
- Have an international mindset
- Are mobile to pursue a career in one of our regional offices located in North Europe, the Mediterranean or Asia Pacific.
