Admissions Procedure

The admissions council of the relevant faculty shall conduct the admissions process for candidates.
The admissions process is carried out on the University's Online (IRK).
Candidates can register and log into the system at https://irk.umg.edu.pl
Following the successful completion of the admissions process and the payment of appropriate fees for the first semester of study, candidates shall receive a certificate confirming their acceptance onto the relevant course at the University.
A contract for the paid provision of educational services shall be concluded with the candidate.
Candidates are accepted onto their chosen course of study following the conclusion of a civil and legal contract between the University and the candidate.

The documents should be submitted directly to the respective Dean's office in the Faculty to which the student has applied.
 
 

Main Admissions Process for Full-Time and Part-Time Bachelor's (First-Cycle) and Master's (Second-Cycle) Degree Programs

Academic Year 2025/2026

We kindly inform all prospective candidates that the main admissions process for full-time and part-time studies at the undergraduate (1st cycle) and graduate (2nd cycle) levels for the academic year 2025/2026 will proceed according to the following schedule:

  • May 5 – July 14, 2025

    Submission of electronic applications via the IRK Online Admissions System: https://irk.umg.edu.pl

  • By July 14, 2025

    Final deadline for submitting applications in the IRK Online Admissions System and uploading all required documents (e.g., scanned photo, diploma or secondary school certificate)

  • By July 15, 2025

    Final deadline for the admissions administration fee to be credited to the University's bank account

  • July 16, 2025

    Preliminary qualification results will be published in candidate accounts in the IRK Online Admissions System. Application statuses will be updated as:

    Qualified, Waiting List, or Not Qualified

  • July 17 – July 23, 2025

    Submission of documents to the Faculty Admissions Committees by candidates who have been qualified for admission.

    For study programmes conducted in English, documents must be submitted to Room C-152 (Morska Street campus)

  • July 25, 2025

    Publication of the final list of admitted candidates. Application statuses will be updated as:

    Admitted, Candidate Withdrew, Not Admitted, or Program Not Launched
