Anniversary Conference: "Energy and energy law"
The Offshore Wind Energy Centre (CMEW UMG), represented by Dr Tomasz Harackiewicz, participated in the conference "Energy and energy law. The current state and prospects for development on the 100th anniversary of the Electrical Act of March 21, 1922". The conference was held on May 19, 2022 and was attended by energy policy specialists from business organisations, industry institutions and universities.
The Offshore Wind Energy Centre contributed to the panel "Energy transformation Polish". Tomasz Harackiewicz presented the role of offshore wind energy and the socio-economic consequences of the sector's development.
The panel was also attended by Ireneusz Zyska (Deputy Minister of Climate and Environment), Professor Tomasz Lis (Enea S.A.), Jarosław Wróbel (Vice-President of Grupa LOTOS S.A.), Dr Paweł Cioch (Vice President of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A.), and Tymoteusz Próchnik (President of GAS-TRADING S.A.).
