Gdynia Maritime University collaborates with SMEs, large corporations, and micro-entities on the basis of letters of intent, agreements, and contracts. The work currently conducted by GMU is interdisciplinary and involves a range of activities, including planning, pre-investment, investment, inventory, and monitoring work. Gdynia Maritime University offers a wide range of services that are adapted to the challenges of modern science and the national and global economies.

Thanks to research teams with unique competencies and a skilful combination of scientific know-how and experience, the University has an important role to play in economic development. At GMU we are continually improving the competencies that enable us to provide professional services that meet the needs and expectations of our partners, entrepreneurs or other entities within the socio-economic environment. Our greatest asset is our flexible approach to the implementation of scientific research and R&D and expert services, that are tailored to the needs and expectations of businesses and economic organisations. On a case-by-case basis, we provide comprehensive administrative support for the cooperation undertaken, build an interdisciplinary team of scientists, and provide the required research infrastructure.
