2017

The development of the HR Strategy for research staff was preceded by the preparation and conduct of surveys among the academic community. The survey results are available in the Report and in the summary report.

As a result, the following documents were produced:

• Action Plan (in English); 
• HR Strategy (in Polish).
   

2023

The submission of the Report for evaluation at the renewal stage of the application for the HR Excellence in Research Award, the Internal Review for Renewal Assessment, was preceded by an internal analysis and surveys conducted among academic staff and doctoral candidates of the Doctoral School.

The following documents were also developed:

• Update of the HR Strategy (in English); 
• Action Plan for 2024–2026 (in English); 
• Regulations Governing the Activities of Recruitment Committees Appointed for the Recruitment of Academic Staff at Gdynia Maritime University – OTM-R (in Polish).
