We are proud to announce that Wiktoria Dumińska, a first-year Master’s student in Transport (specialising in Maritime Transport and Logistics Systems at the Faculty of Navigation), has been named a finalist in the nationwide Student Nobel competition in the Technical Sciences category for the second consecutive year.

The Student Nobel is a prestigious distinction awarded by the Independent Students’ Association to Poland's most talented and active students. Being named a finalist places Wiktoria among the top 10 students nationwide in her category – a remarkable achievement that is a testament to her dedication, passion, and the high standard of education at Gdynia Maritime University.

The Student Nobel 2026 Final Gala took place on 23 May 2026 at the SGH Warsaw School of Economics. Representing the GMU Faculty of Navigation alongside Wiktoria was Dr Przemysław Dziula, Deputy Dean for Student Affairs and Organisation of Study Programmes.

Congratulations to Wiktoria on this outstanding recognition. We wish her continued success in her academic and professional journey.
