Application Procedure

 

  • APPLICATION FORM – Download, complete, and submit a signed application form.

 

  • FACULTY ADMISSIONS COMMITTEE DECISION – A decision on the student’s application to the Erasmus+ programme is made in up to 4-5 weeks.

 

  • NOMINATION TO HOST UNIVERSITY – The Coordinator for International Cooperation sends a nomination to the student’s chosen host university.

 

  • PREPARATION AND SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS – Students prepare documents supporting their application as agreed with the Faculty Erasmus Coordinator and submit them to the Coordinator for International Cooperation or directly to the host university.

 

  • DOCUMENTS ACCEPTED BY HOST UNIVERSITY – All submitted documents must be accepted by the Erasmus Coordinator at the host university.

 

  • SIGNING OF FINANCIAL AGREEMENT  – The financial agreement should be signed 2 weeks before the planned date of departure for the programme.
