Application Procedure

APPLICATION FORM – Download, complete, and submit a signed application form.

FACULTY ADMISSIONS COMMITTEE DECISION – A decision on the student’s application to the Erasmus+ programme is made in up to 4-5 weeks.

NOMINATION TO HOST UNIVERSITY – The Coordinator for International Cooperation sends a nomination to the student’s chosen host university.

PREPARATION AND SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS – Students prepare documents supporting their application as agreed with the Faculty Erasmus Coordinator and submit them to the Coordinator for International Cooperation or directly to the host university.

DOCUMENTS ACCEPTED BY HOST UNIVERSITY – All submitted documents must be accepted by the Erasmus Coordinator at the host university.

SIGNING OF FINANCIAL AGREEMENT – The financial agreement should be signed 2 weeks before the planned date of departure for the programme.
