Online Learning Agreement (OLA)
An Online Learning Agreement is a document completed in collaboration with the Faculty Coordinator. The main content of this special agreement is a record of the subjects studied during a given semester at the student's home university and those the student will study abroad. The OLA must be signed by the relevant faculty coordinator and sent to the host university. Only the signing of the OLA by an international university provides a guarantee of admittance to study abroad. The OLA is created using the Dashboard Student Platform.
Please note that it is extremely important to choose an appropriate and responsible person and use ONLY the English language in the Learning Agreement.
If you choose the wrong person or use a different language, we will have to reject your Learning Agreement.

Documents must be filled in on a computer and scanned properly (scanned in good quality, not photographed). Documents with handwriting will not be accepted.
All your documents should be sent together in one email message.
Semester dates:
Semester 1: the first Monday of October
Semester 2: second Monday of February
