Gdynia Maritime University GMU

In 2022, the 7th edition of the competition, Gdynia Maritime University won the Smart Growth Award in the category of “innovative digitalisation and data sharing”.  

The award was given to the University for its project entitled “Making available scientific and historical collections on the heritage of Polish Maritime Education”, and will be presented to Deputy Rector for Scientific Research Dr Dariusz Barbucha during an awards ceremony for the 7th edition of the Smart Growth Forum on 7th June 2022 in Uniejów. 

This year’s Smart Growth Forum will be held on 6-8th June in Uniejów under the slogan “Foster Discovery – Promote Progress!”.
