State of progress at the end of September 2023:

• the construction of the Sports and Recreation Centre is now 60% complete;
• masonry, flooring and facade works have now been completed;
• a climbing wall has been installed in the sports hall;
• work on connecting the building to the local heating and electricity grid has also been completed.

The construction has entered has entered the finishing work phase. Grouting, painting and laying of wall and floor tiles, dry walls, and the installation of suspended ceilings in the rooms and sports hall has begun. The installation of joinery and internal locks is ongoing. The area outside the building has been prepared for the laying of pavements and the access road.

The installation of resin flooring is planned in the garage parking hall planned for November and the laying of a sports flooring in the sports hall is scheduled for the end of November.

All external works should be completed by the end of 2023.
