on board the tall ship Dar Młodzieży

(opposite Gdynia Aquarium).

Inaugural address – HM The Rector of GMU, Professor Adam Weintrit
Swearing of the oath and matriculation of first-year students and doctoral candidates
Rendition of Gaudeamus Igitur by Gdynia Maritime University Academic Choir
Guest speeches
Departure of the University banner and closing of the ceremony

A Holy Mass for the intentions of GMU staff, doctoral candidates, students, and graduates will be held on 3 October 2026 at 9:00 am at the Church of Our Lady of Perpetual Help and St. Peter the Fisherman at ul. Portowa 2, Gdynia.
