1st Conference of the Newly Established GMU Technology Transfer Centre

The 1st Conference of the GMU Technology Transfer Centre will take place at Gdynia Maritime University on 13-14.04.2023, as part of a series of events dedicated to the promotion of academic innovation and the building of relations between science and industry.

The event will see the presentation of GMU innovative solutions of the developed-based grants provided "Micro-Grants" as part of the Innovation Incubator 4.0 project carried out by Gdynia Maritime University in a consortium with the project leader - the Silesian University of Technology. The conference will be attended by representatives of Gdynia City Council, investment funds, companies from various industries, institutions supporting the local ecosystem, as well as patent agents.

The Honorary Patrons of the conference are GMU Rector Professor Adam Weintrit, the Mayor of Gdynia Wojciech Szczurek, and the Polish Patent Office. The event partners are Alfa Beat, Interizon and the Maritime Economy.
