New Project "Journey to Knowledge" Gains Funding
The Faculty of Management and Quality Science at Gdynia Maritime University has received funding for another project popularising knowledge and science entitled "Rejs do wiedzy" [Journey to Knowledge].
The aim of the project is to popularise science, promote the exchange of knowledge and disseminate the results of scientific research among secondary school students, teachers, and employed, unemployed and retired persons through their participation in webinars broadcast on YouTube.
Thanks to participation in webinars, participants throughout Poland will learn how to shop online consciously and safely, how to avoid falling into debt, to manage their own household budgets. They will also know find out about the consequences of failure to comply with tax obligations. There will also be lectures on energy transformation, micromobility in cities, supply chains, safe maritime transport, and many more.

The project was financed by the State budget under the Ministry of Education and Science programme "Social Responsibility of Science II - POPUL/SP/0238/2023/01." The value of the grant is PLN 137,499 and the total value of the project - PLN 152,779.
