On 11 January 2024, HM The Rector of Gdynia Maritime University, Professor Adam Weintrit, appointed a new head and deputy head of the GMU Promotions and Communications Office.

Magdalena Zajk was appointed to the role of acting head of GMU Promotions and Communications, whilst Michał Kołodziejczak was entrusted with the role of deputy.
