Sign Up for GMU Open Day Events
On 13 December 2024, Gdynia Maritime University will open its doors to secondary school pupils and all those interested in studying at one of our faculties for a specially prepared Open Day. The Open Day will include interesting lectures, visits to the University’s modern laboratories, presentations by our student scientific circles and talks with students and lecturers.
The event will take place both in the University’s main building on campus on Morska Street (ul. Morska 81-87) and at the Faculty of Navigation near Skwer Kościuszki in the city centre (al. Jana Pawła II 3).
How can I take part?
To take part in the open day, please register your attendance at your chosen classes/workshops/presentations/laboratory by visiting:

What can I do or see during Open Day?
GMU students and lecturers have put together a series of interesting lectures and workshops for visitors to the University on this year’s Open Day. In the GMU main T. Meissner auditorium, representatives of each of the university’s faculties will be on hand to answer all your questions. There will also be an opportunity to talk to our students who will present their activities as part of the University’s many student scientific circles.
