Admissions Open for Offshore PGDip – October 2025 Intake

Admissions are now open for the upcoming intake of the postgraduate diploma programme ‘Risk Management in the Offshore Extraction and Offshore Wind Industries’.

Labour market demand in the offshore wind energy sector continues to grow and we believe that our study programme prepares students to meet the market's expectations - says Dr Agnieszka Blokus-Dziula, Head of Postgraduate Studies at GMU. We are pleased that the postgraduate diploma offered at the Faculty of Navigation has already become a recognised education programme within the offshore industry and we hope that it will continue to enjoy growing interest and provide future specialists for the offshore wind oil & gas sector.

The study programme is scheduled to begin in October 2025 and is taught over two semesters, with students attending a total of 220 teaching hours. The fourth cycle of the Postgraduate Diploma includes 150 contact hours of core subjects and a further 70 hours of electives in the second semester.
