Join Us for a Festive Open Day at GMU!
Join us for the GMU Festive Open Day! Come and decorate the University Christmas tree, soak up the festive atmosphere, and enjoy themed lectures and hands-on workshops. There will also be guided tours of the University, Christmas photos, and a sweet treat from Father Christmas. All this and more awaits our visitors at the GMU Christmas Open Day.
The GMU Christmas Open Day will take place on 15 December 2025, from 9:00 to 14:00, at both the GMU Main Building on Morska Street and the Faculty of Navigation building at 3 Jana Pawła II Avenue in Gdynia.
During this special festive season, we warmly invite secondary school students and all those interested in studying at one of the largest maritime universities in Europe to join us on a magical journey of discovery. Our academic community has prepared themed lectures, engaging workshops and guided tours of the University to give you a real taste of what it’s like to study here.
