Secondary School Volleyball Championships at GMU
Teams from 14 Gdynia secondary schools, a total of 250 contestants, took part in the Secondary School Volleyball Championship held at the GMU Sports and Recreation Centre.
From 3 to 7 February 2025, the Gdynia Secondary School Volleyball Championships for boys and girls took place in the sports hall at Gdynia Maritime University’s Sport and Recreation Centre.
The competition was organised by Gdynia Sports Centre in cooperation with the University. Representing 14 schools from around Gdynia were around 250 male and female volleyball players.
The winning team in the girls’ tournament was the 1st Academic General Secondary School, and in the boys, the 2nd General Secondary School.
The top two teams will represent Gdynia in the regional semifinals, which will take place at the GMU Sports and Recreation Centre on 12 February. The matches will start at 9:00 am.
