GMU Represented at Family Fetes
The University was represented at two family-oriented events this Saturday 9 June in the Tricity. GMU stands were set up and visited by many at the Sopot Science Picnic and the Catholic Primary and Secondary School in Gdynia.
The GMU promotional stand in Sopot was full of attractions. Visitors learned how to tie maritime knots and get a close look at a life jacket. A popular attraction was the colour wheel of fortune, offering university merchandise as prizes.
Also present in Sopot were students from the Student Scientific Circle Nautica who presented their activity and also printed in 3D keyrings of their own designs in the shape of an anchor.
The University was also represented by its mascot, students, and staff in the Promotions Office on Saturday in Gdynia at the John Paul II Catholic Primary and Secondary School’s family fete in Obłuże. Children at the event posed for their photograph with the University’s mascot and took part in competitions. In exchange for correctly completing a task, the youngsters were given University merchandise, and their older siblings and parents had the opportunity to find out about future opportunities at GMU.
Thanks to all those who took part in the events and visited our stands.
