Twins

Twins na wodzie

The S/Y Twins is a small Conrad 777 racing yacht that originally sailed in the 1/4 ton class, also known as the 'quarter'.

Although it was officially built in 1987 at the Technoservice Student Work Cooperative in Gdańsk, it was actually created by twin brothers Waldemar and Krzysztof Zaleski, who were students at Gdynia Maritime University at the time. The yacht was named Twins in their honour.

Measuring 7.77 metres in length, it has a sail area of 28.58 m2. In its day, it was a cutting-edge 'racing machine', and even today it remains a formidable opponent, often competing for a place on the podium.
