Adam Kobreń

Adam Kobreń is a seasoned offshore operations leader with over two decades of experience across the maritime and energy sectors. His career spans a wide range of offshore activities including dive support, subsea construction, heavy lifting, cable laying, and deep-water drilling.

Since 2012, Adam has served as an Offshore Installation Manager, leading complex international operations with multicultural teams. His global footprint includes managing operations across Europe, West Africa, the Americas, and Asia. 

His areas of expertise include marine assurance, compliance, classification surveys, FMEA, risk assessment.

Amid his continued offshore career, he has worked in Maersk Drilling HQ in Copenhagen, where he supported offshore drilling operations in technical, operational, and HR aspects. He took deliveries of newbuild units from shipyards in South Korea and Singapore. During the pandemic he led global crewing support as Head of Crewing.

Currently Adam is part of Noble Corporation’s Operational Excellence team, where he works in NORMS (Noble Operational Risk Management Support) framework established in Houston. His role also includes conducting offshore unit visits to ensure compliance, performance, and continuous improvement.

Adam holds a degree from the Maritime Academy of Gdynia and an Executive MBA from Copenhagen Business School (Blue MBA).
