As is tradition, GMU Sports Day 2025 kicked off with the Sudoku Championship, in which more than 50 contestants took part.
The second day was held at the Stella Maris Recreation Centre in Kashuby. 49 individuals went head to head in water sports, including kayak, stand-up paddleboard, and sailing races on Raduński Lake.
The third and final stage of Sports Day took place at the University's Sports and Recreation Centre, which opened its doors a year ago. The competition got underway following an opening address by HM The Rector of GMU, Professor Adam Weintrit.
The teams competed against each other in eight challenges: team skiing, team crate races, blanket ball, climbing wall, Ergometer Rowing Races, ring pass, penalty kicks, and tug of war.
GMU Sports Day 2025 concluded with the presentation of the winners' cup and a traditional outdoor feast for GMU students, staff, and retirees on the University campus.
