Multicultural Family Picnic - World Refugee Day 2026

We invite you to take part in the 'Multicultural Family Picnic - World Refugee Day 2026'!

The event is organised by the Pomeranian Voivodeship Self-Government and the City of Gdynia. The picnic is the result of cooperation among numerous non-governmental organisations, public institutions, and community partners working together to support the integration of local residents and people from migrant backgrounds.

The picnic will take place on Saturday, 13 June 2026, at Grunwaldzki Square in Gdynia, from 11:00 to 17:00. 
Admission to the event is free of charge.

This unique event creates a space for meeting, building mutual understanding, and discovering diverse cultures and traditions. The Multicultural Family Picnic promotes openness, dialogue, and cooperation, bringing together the local community and people from different parts of the world.

The programme includes a wide range of attractions for the whole family, including artistic performances, children’s activities, competitions, a relaxation zone, information and exhibition stands, and a food zone.

It's the perfect opportunity to enjoy quality family time outdoors!

The event will also provide an opportunity to learn more about the activities of Pomeranian institutions and non-governmental organisations that support social and intercultural integration.
