Krzysztof Renke is a Senior Legal Consultant Attorney-at-Law at Semco Maritime A/S, a Danish company specializing in Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Installation (EPCI) of offshore substations, along with a variety of services in the energy industry. Krzysztof provides ongoing support to the Renewables division, leveraging his expertise in offshore wind contracts within the scope of EPCI, offshore service, and FEED studies. With 15 years of professional experience, he possesses in-depth knowledge of standard contracts used in the international offshore market, including FIDIC and BIMCO templates.

Previously, he held the position of head at a local branch of a reputable Warsaw-based law firm in the private sector. There, he offered legal services to companies within the offshore wind supply chain and foreign contractors operating in Poland. Krzysztof also provided legal assistance to public entities and was involved in efforts leading to the adoption of the Act on promoting electricity generation in offshore wind farms and the so-called Polish Offshore Wind Sector Deal.

Krzysztof is a graduate of the law faculty at the University of Gdańsk and a member of the Gdańsk attorney-at-law bar association. Additionally, he holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in international commercial law and has successfully completed postgraduate English translation studies.
