Apply for 2025/26

Starting 1 December 2025, the University is currently accepting applications for places on the following Polish-taught degree programmes commencing in the spring/summer semester of the 2025/26 academic year: 

Faculty of Electrical Engineering
Full-time master’s degree programmes:

  1. Electrical Engineering –  60 places
  2. Electronics and Telecommunications –  60 places
  3. ICT Systems –  36 places

Faculty of Mechanical Engineering
Full-time master’s degree programmes:

  1. Mechanical Engineering – general academic profile – 50 places

Part-time master’s degree programmes:

  1. Mechanical Engineering – general academic profile – 30 places
  2. Offshore Wind Energy – general academic profile –  33 places

Faculty of Navigation
Full-time master’s degree programmes:

  1. Transport –  45 places

Faculty of Management and Quality Sciences
Full-time master’s degree programmes:

  1. Quality Engineering – 3-semester degree programmes (for graduates holding an engineering degree) –  90 places

Part-time bachelor’s degree programmes:

  1. Quality Engineering –  50 places
  2. Management –  30 places

Part-time master’s degree programmes:

  1. Quality Engineering – 3-semester degree programmes (for graduates holding an engineering degree) –  60 places
  2. Management –  30 places


Admissions for part-time bachelor’s degree (first-cycle) programmes for the spring/summer semester of the 2025/2026 academic year:

  • From 1 December 2025 to 6 February 2026 – online registration in the Online Application system (https://irk.umg.edu.pl/en)
  • By 6 February 2026 – final deadline for registration in the Online Application System and for uploading the required documents (e.g. photo scan, school-leaving certificate, seafarer’s medical certificate)
  • By 9 February 2026 – final deadline for the application fee to be credited to the University’s bank account
  • On 10 February 2026 – initial qualification visible in candidates’ Online Application System accounts – status: qualified, reserve list, not qualified
  • From 11 February 2026 to 13 February 2026 – submission of documents to the Faculty Admissions Committees by qualified applicants. For programmes taught in English, documents are to be submitted in room B-105A (entrance via B-106, ul. Morska (Morska Street)
  • On 16 February 2026 – publication of the list of admitted applicants. Status changes: admitted, applicant withdrew, not admitted, programme not launched

Failure to meet the above deadlines will result in the applicant being excluded from further participation in the admissions procedure.

Admissions for full-time and part-time master’s degree (second-cycle) programmes for the spring/summer semester of the 2025/2026 academic year:

  • From 1 December 2025 to 6 February 2026 – online registration in the Online Application system (https://irk.umg.edu.pl/en/)
