Admissions for Full-Time and Part-Time Master’s (Second-Cycle) Degree Programmes in the Academic Year 2026/2027

Submission of electronic applications via the IRK Online Admissions System
13 July 2026
The final deadline for submitting applications in the IRK Online Admissions System and uploading all required documents, e.g., scanned photo, degree certificate.
14 July 2026
The final deadline for the application fee to be credited to the University’s bank account.
15 July 2026
Preliminary qualification results will be published in applicant accounts in the IRK Online Application System. Application statuses will be updated as: Qualified, Waiting List, or Not Qualified.
16 July – 22 July 2026
Submission of documents to the Faculty Admissions Committees by applicants who have been qualified for admission. For study programmes conducted in English, documents must be submitted to Room B-105A, entrance through B-106, Morska Street main university building.
24 July 2026, after 15:00
Publication of the final list of admitted applicants. Application statuses will be updated as: Admitted, Applicant Withdrew, Not Admitted, or Programme Not Launched.
Failure to meet the above deadlines will result in exclusion from further participation in the admissions process.

Detailed Schedule of the Supplementary Admissions Process
Supplementary admissions for full-time and part-time Master’s degree programmes for the 2026/2027 academic year:
- From 17 August 2026 to 14 September 2026
Submission of applications and scanned documents through the Online Admissions System (IRK) - By 7 September 2026
Final deadline for payment of the application fee for applicants required to take the mathematics entrance examination. This applies to international students applying for Bachelor’s (first-cycle) studies based on a document issued abroad that is not recognised as a document granting eligibility for admission to higher education under Article 326a(1) of the Act of 20 July 2018 on Higher Education and Science.* - 9 September 2026
Mathematics entrance examination for applicants required to take it. - 11 September 2026
Publication of mathematics entrance examination results. - By 14 September 2026
Final deadline to submit an application through the Online Application System and upload all required documents (e.g., photo scan, secondary school leaving certificate). - By 15 September 2026
Final deadline for the application fee to be credited to the University’s bank account. - 16 September 2026
Preliminary qualification results published in applicants’ accounts with one of the following statuses:- Qualified
- Waiting list
- Not qualified
- From 17 September 2026 to 23 September 2026
Qualified applicants submit their documents to the Faculty Admissions Committees or, for programmes taught in English, to Room B-105A (entrance through B-106, Morska Street). - 25 September 2026 after 15:00
Publication of the final list of admitted students. Statuses will be updated to:- Admitted
- Applicant withdrew
- Not admitted
- Programme not run
Failure to meet any of the above deadlines will result in exclusion from further participation in the admissions process.
* This requirement does not apply to applicants holding:
- A diploma issued in an EU, OECD, or EFTA country,
- An International Baccalaureate (IB) diploma,
- A European Baccalaureate (EB) diploma,
- A Polish secondary school leaving certificate (matura),
- Diplomas covered by international agreements with Ukraine or China (unless the diploma does not include a passing grade in mathematics).
