Admissions for Full-Time and Part-Time Bachelor’s (First-Cycle) Degree Programmes in the Academic Year 2026/2027

 

Main admissions schedule for the academic year 2026/2027:

25 May – 13 July 2026
Submission of electronic applications via the IRK Online Admissions System: https://irk.umg.edu.pl

22 June 2026
The final deadline for the admissions administration fee to be credited to the University’s bank account for applicants taking the mathematics entrance examination. This applies to international applicants applying for admission on the basis of a document issued abroad which is not a document confirming eligibility to apply for admission to higher education studies, as referred to in Article 326a(1) of the Act of 20 July 2018 — Law on Higher Education and Science.*

24 June 2026
Mathematics entrance examination for applicants required to take the entrance examination.

26 June 2026
Publication of the mathematics entrance examination results.

13 July 2026
The final deadline for submitting applications in the IRK Online Admissions System and uploading all required documents, e.g., scanned photo, secondary school certificate.

14 July 2026
The final deadline for the admissions administration fee to be credited to the University’s bank account.

15 July 2026
Preliminary qualification results will be published in applicant accounts in the IRK Online Admissions System. Application statuses will be updated as: Qualified, Waiting List, or Not Qualified.

16 July – 22 July 2026
Submission of documents to the Faculty Admissions Committees by applicants who have been qualified for admission. For study programmes conducted in English, documents must be submitted to Room B-105A, entrance through B-106, Morska Street main university building.

24 July 2026, after 15:00
Publication of the final list of admitted applicants. Application statuses will be updated as: Admitted, Applicant Withdrew, Not Admitted, or Programme Not Launched.

Failure to meet the above deadlines will result in exclusion from further participation in the admissions process

* This does not apply to persons who hold: a diploma issued in EU, OECD or EFTA countries, an IB diploma, an EB diploma, a Polish secondary school-leaving certificate, or a diploma covered by international agreements.
