In response to the growing need for specialists in management and economics with practical preparation for a career in the maritime sector, Gdynia Maritime University has launched a modern bachelor’s (first-cycle) degree programme in Maritime Business and Management. 

The Maritime Business and Management master’s programme combines advanced studies in management and economics with a strong maritime focus. You’ll explore subjects such as strategic management, innovation management and modern marketing, alongside specialist courses in maritime business — including maritime economics, project management in the maritime sector and the financing of maritime enterprises.

Building on this rich maritime tradition and expertise, we are proud to offer a bachelor’s (first-cycle) degree in Navigation taught entirely in English. Delivered by the Faculty of Navigation, the programme follows a curriculum fully compliant with the International STCW Convention, ensuring that your education meets the highest global standards and is recognised across the maritime industry worldwide.

The English-taught bachelor’s degree programme in Ship Propulsion Plant and Offshore Construction Operation at the Faculty of Marine Engineering combines cutting-edge engineering knowledge with practical skills, ensuring graduates are in high demand on the job market. Students acquire comprehensive and up-to-date technical knowledge and skills in the exploitation and design basics of marine propulsion plants and offshore structures.
