Department of Navigation
The Department of Navigation, in its present form, was established in 2006 following a restructuring of the Faculty of Navigation, which merged three former departments into a single unit. An earlier restructuring in 1991 divided the former Institute of Marine Navigation into the Departments of Navigation and Technical Navigation. The current Department is the direct successor of the Institute of Marine Navigation.
