Admissions Procedure
1. Register in the Online Application System. Registration opens on 4th May 2023.
2. Fill in the online application form:
- Complete the Personal Data tab, including Basic Personal Data, Address and Contact Details, Education, Additional Personal Information;
- Under Education, enter the information required from the original documents to be shown during the admissions process:
- Secondary school leaving certificate (or equivalent): type of document, year of issue, document number, date of issue, name of issuing institution, place of issue, and country of issue. Once received, enter the results of your secondary school leaving exams. After entering the data and editing the document, you will be able to attach a file. You must upload a photo or scan of your secondary school leaving certificate.
- Information on any national competitions in which you were a finalist (e.g., maths, physics, IT – as appropriate to your application).
- Certificates and other documents, in particular certificates confirming knowledge of a foreign language.
3. In the Degree tab, choose your field of study, specialisation and mode of study.
4. In the My Account / Applications tab you will find the applications for each of the degree programmes for which you have applied. If you have applied for the wrong degree programme, be sure to withdraw the application. Remember to assign an order of priority to each of your applications.
5. An application fee of PLN 85 should be made to the bank account indicated by the Online Application System. The application fee is payable for each individual degree course or mode of study for which you are applying. Before applying, think carefully about your choice of course. The application fee is non-refundable. You will find the account number and the amount to be paid in the Payments tab.

*Note that the deadline for uploading electronic copies of documents to the Online Application System is 14:00 on 18.07.2023.
- upload a copy of your secondary school leaving certificate (applicants for 1st-cycle degree programmes);
- upload a copy of your 1st-cycle (bachelor’s degree) diploma or certificate to the Online Application System (applicants for 2nd-cycle degree programmes);
- upload a copy of any additional certificates or documents, such as language proficiency certificates (list of certified language certificates).
Remember to upload a copy of the Maritime Health Certificate if appropriate (only candidates for full-time 1st-cycle degrees in Maritime Transport) to the Online Application System by 14:00 on 18.07.2023.
7. A complete set of documents must include:
- A signed application form printed from the Online Application System
- An original secondary school leavers certificate - a photocopy of these documents will be made by the admissions staff. When sending documents by courier, please send the originals.
- A Seafarers Medical Certificate (1st-cycle candidates) - must be issued by an authorised doctor of labour medicine. (example of the correct document) (example of a correctly completed document) (list of authorised doctors).
- Undergraduate degree certificate/diploma or an original transcript showing completion of a first-cycle engineering degree (2nd-cycle candidates).
- An original diploma/degree certificate supplement (2nd-cycle candidates).

9. Original documents must be provided for inspection before an offer of a place on a course can be made.
10. The results of the admissions process will be announced in the Online Application System and by email on 27.07.2023.
