Static Modelling and Data Analysis Lab

The Static Modelling and Data Analysis Laboratory focuses on comprehensive data exploration, evaluation, and verification, as well as statistical analysis, regression modelling, and forecasting of future values. During sessions, students learn a wide range of statistical methods used for collecting, storing, processing, and presenting data, along with techniques for assessing data quality and reliability. They also study stochastic modelling and how to apply such models to predict future trends.

 The laboratory is equipped with modern software tools supporting data analysis, including:

• Matlab
• Gretl
• and the classic yet ever-useful Excel.
