AutoCAD, VISSIM, MATLAB Computer Laboratory
The laboratory is equipped with 16 computer workstations and hosts classes in Engineering Graphics and Transport Modelling. Students use professional software including AutoCAD, Vissim, Visum, Viswalk, VisVap, MATLAB, and Crossig.
Through their work in the laboratory, students develop skills in designing traffic light systems, modelling traffic flow on both microscopic and macroscopic scales, and simulating pedestrian movement.
Using AutoCAD, they begin by learning to create basic 2D drawings and then progress to more complex isometric and 3D technical designs, gaining valuable experience in computer-aided design and visualisation.
