Arkadiusz Jakubowski

From the very beginning of my journey with the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, I was full of determination and enthusiasm to explore the world of electronics and automation. I met many enthusiasts who not only shared my interests but were very ambitious. Working together – both on group projects and individual ones – gave us not only knowledge but also wonderful memories.

Studying at the Faculty gave me the chance to learn from authentic specialists in electrical engineering and ship automation. Thanks to their experience and commitment, I gained both a firm theoretical grounding and practical skills.

With a degree in Marine Electro-Automation, I can develop my career in a dynamic field driven by technological advancement and innovation. The skills I’ve gained are highly valued by employers, giving me many career opportunities within and beyond the maritime sector.

I’ll never forget the friendly ladies in the Dean’s Office, who were happy to help and provide support. Their kindness and professionalism made studying all the more pleasant and satisfying.
I’m glad that I could be part of this inspiring academic environment. If I had to pick a university and a degree again, I wouldn’t change anything – I’d choose to study at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at GMU.
