The Faculty of Management and Quality Science offers bachelor's (first-cycle) and master's degree (second-cycle) programmes in Maritime Business and Management. These programmes prepare students for a management career within a wide variety of sectors of the blue economy.

Bachelor's Degree
The Management programme provides broad knowledge and practical skills relevant to work in business, public administration, and other organisations. Students gain competencies in business analysis, marketing, project management, entrepreneurship, and innovation. The curriculum combines theoretical and practical modules and supports the development of leadership and communication skills.

Master's Degree
The Master’s programme in Management offers pathways tailored to students’ interests and career goals.
