About the Programme

Who should apply  

The programme is designed for candidates who, after years spent at sea, are looking for formal qualifications that open doors to managerial and director roles. Optimal candidates have at least 5 years of experience in an officer/managerial position, are proficient in English, they have at least a Bachelor's / Engineer’s degree, and are determined to advance their career as a manager. The final decision on admission to the program will be made after the interview.

Programme objectives 

The Executive Offshore Wind MBA educates professional, effective managers and leaders for the broadly understood Transport, Shipping and Logistics (TSL) and offshore sectors. Participants of the program will gain managerial knowledge and skills that will enable them to effectively cope with the challenges and opportunities the industry faces today and in the future.
