Programme scope and schedule
The curriculum fosters holistic thinking, whereby leaders learn to evaluate the interdependencies within organisations, industries, and global markets, therefore moving beyond siloed perspectives. It is focused on acquiring practical managerial skills at both the strategic and operational levels in the key areas of management. These include both universal competencies (e.g., strategic management, finance, human resource management, leadership) as well as knowledge and skills specific to TSL and the offshore sector (e.g., maritime logistics, supply chain management, legal regulations). The EMBA MLO program is designed specifically with sea-going work cycles in mind. It offers a unique mode of study that allows participants to continue their service and gain knowledge without having to resign from contracts.
