Programme scope and schedule
The curriculum fosters holistic thinking, whereby leaders learn to evaluate the interdependencies within organizations, industries, and global markets, moving beyond siloed perspectives. It is focused on acquiring practical managerial skills at both the strategic and operational levels in the key areas of management. These include both universal competencies (e.g., strategic management, finance, human resource management, leadership) as well as knowledge and skills specific to TSL and offshore sector (e.g., maritime logistics, supply chain management, legal regulations). The EMBA MLO program is specifically designed with sea work cycles in mind. It offers an unique mode of study that allows participants to continue their service and gain knowledge without having to resign from contracts.
