Transport

The Faculty of Navigation offers both bachelor's and master's degree programmes in Transport

Degrees in this subject are currently taught in Polish only.

Bachelor's Degree

The programme combines a strong engineering foundation with a managerial profile, introducing students to modern transport systems and transport engineering, with a focus on the Transport–Forwarding–Logistics (TSL) sector. Students gain the skills needed to understand technical, economic, environmental, legal, and organisational aspects of transport and logistics operations. Graduates are prepared for work in transport and forwarding companies, ports, and logistics/distribution centres.

Students take modules such as Transport Telematics, Satellite Systems in Transport, Forwarding, Logistics, and Global Supply Chain Management. They develop skills in organising international transport, designing and improving TSL processes and systems, using ICT tools in professional work, and applying industry English.

Graduates may also pursue certifications such as the Certificate of Professional Competence, DGSA, customs agent, and shipping agent qualifications.

Master's Degree

The programme provides advanced preparation for designing, operating, and managing transport and logistics systems, developing specialist knowledge across technical, operational, organisational, and legal aspects of the TSL sector. It also offers an offshore-oriented pathway focused on logistics project management, including port/offshore infrastructure topics and the logistics of complex cargo and offshore operations.

Students take modules such as Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Domestic and International Forwarding, Transport of Dangerous Goods, Port Terminal Design, Teleinformation Systems, and Modelling of Transport–Logistics Processes and Systems. Graduates are prepared for specialist roles across the TSL sector, including maritime and offshore-related organisations.
