2023
The Internal Review for Renewal Assessment was preceded by an internal analysis and additional survey research conducted among academic teachers and doctoral students of Doctoral School. Additionally, the following documents were prepared:
- HR Strategy Revision,
- Action Plan for the years 2024-2026,
- "Regulations governing the activities of recruitment committees appointed for the recruitment of academic teachers at GMU" (OTM-R).
2017
During the development of the HR Strategy, the Gap Analysis was developed and the survey was conducted among academic teachers. The survey results are available in the Report (in Polish).
The work of the Team on the development of the HR Strategy at GMU underwent consultations with representative of GMU's doctoral students. The consultation report is available in he prepared summary (in Polish).
As a result, an Action Plan was developed.
