Required Documents

  • Application form generated from the IRK Online Application System, with a passport-style photo
    The photo must be uploaded in the Online Application System only (no paper version required).
  • Degree certificate confirming completion of Bachelor’s (first-cycle) studies or another qualification that entitles the applicant to continue higher education at the same level in the country where it was issued (translated and apostilled)..
  • Document confirming proficiency in the English/Polish language (according to the language of instruction of the study programme applied for).
  • Original proof of payment of the application fee.*

    *Should the programme not run, the admission fee will be refunded in full upon the applicant’s request.

Additionally required:

  • Health insurance valid in Poland for the entire study period, or a copy of your European Health Insurance Card (EHIC), or a declaration confirming registration with the Polish National Health Fund (NFZ) immediately after starting your studies.
  • Occupational health clearance issued by an occupational medicine doctor – required only for the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering (includes authorisation for internships).
  • For applicants admitted to second-cycle studies in Quality Engineering at the Faculty of Management and Quality Science, a valid sanitary-epidemiological health book (copy; original for inspection) or an original valid medical certificate for sanitary-epidemiological purposes is required.**

**The documents required for Quality Engineering must be submitted by the deadline set by the Dean of the Faculty.

Note: The cost of medical examinations required to obtain the sanitary-epidemiological health book or certificate, as well as certificates issued by an occupational medicine doctor, is borne by the applicant.
