JUNIOR TECHNICAL COORDINATOR WITH GERMAN
Ferchau Poland invites specialists with electrical qualifications and management skills to join our team in Poland. We are looking for someone who will bring additional value to our team. We are looking for an inquiring mind with a passion for quality. The ideal candidate will be open-minded, accurate and hard-working, able to work to tight deadlines and last-minute changes.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordination of electrical design team – operates in various areas: Wind Turbines, Automotive – special vehicles, Building Automation
- Establish processes in compliance with project guidelines and standards
- Execute quality checks of the documentation
- Prepare additional specifications, reports and record of delivered project milestones
- Provide technical support to the project management team
- Teambuilding, including ramping up and mentoring new team members
Skills and Qualifications
- BSc/MSc degree in Electrical/Automation/Mechatronics Engineering or a similar discipline
- Practical knowledge of one of following CAD tools: EPlan, SEE Electrical Expert, Zuken E3.series or SolidWorks Electrical
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and German
- Onsite commissioning or production experience will be advantageous
- Strong communicative skills and task oriented
- Ability to work under pillory of time and deadlines
- Great self-organized skills and focus on detail
- Open-minded and cooperative working style within a multicultural and international context
