Position:

We are currently looking for a Carrier Relationships Representative to support our expansion in Europe.  Operations is the core area of the business. This role’s primary focus will be on building strong relationships with carriers in order to create operational excellence for all parties. Job is in Gdansk, Poland.

Requirements:

  • University Degree.
  • Experience in Finished Vehicle Logistics is preferable (1-3 years).
  • Excellent written skills and verbal communication.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical, problem solving abilities
  • Exceptional organizational skill set
  • Full working proficiency in English.
  • English is our business language, but we are always looking for multilingual candidates to join our team. French and/or Spanish would be desirable.

Main tasks:

  • Expanding carrier network.
  • Building relationships across all levels.
  • Prioritizing multiple tasks and managing workload and time effectively.
  • Acquiring and managing transportation orders.
  • Scheduling loads and carriers in a timely manner.
  • Optimizing transportation cost.
  • Ensuring correct information provided and entered into the system.
  • Finding available capacity to transport vehicles across the EU
