Your Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Intern, you will support daily operational and client‑facing activities within our Customer Care Department. Your tasks will include:

  • Assisting in the follow‑up of maritime shipments (import/export)
  • Supporting customers with booking information, vessel schedules, tracking, and documentation
  • Collaborating with internal departments (Booking, Documentation, Logistics, Service Delivery) to resolve cases efficiently — exposure to transversal processes highlighted in internal mobility documentation 
  • Updating data in internal systems
  • Supporting analysis of customer cases and identifying improvement opportunities

  • Contributing to ongoing projects related to customer experience, digital tools, or process optimization

Who We Are Looking For

If you are...

  • A student in Transport, Shipping, Logistics, Trade, Maritime Economics, Supply Chain or related fields
  • Interested in maritime transport and international logistics 
  • Having a very good command of English, both verbal and written, allowing for independent communication with international clients via phone and email.
  • Having strong communication and teamwork abilities with good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Able to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment
  • Proficient in MS Office tools
