REQUIREMENTS:

  • Very good English (written and spoken)
  • Background in the maritime industry
  • Strong ability to collect and check documentation accordingly in a systematic manner
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Enjoys working under deadlines and reaching them

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage coordination and execution of travel visa handling covering: HQ personel, Seafarers, Service engineers
  • Assist Crew Manager & Operations Assistant in obtaining endorsement certificates
  • Elevate discrepancies to Crew Manager & Operations assistance
